How does it get installed?
Our Advantedge AI chatbots work on 99% of platforms and website builders (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, just to name a few).
We have simplified instructions for all major website builders/ platforms. For custom web development, just contact your web developer as they’ll have easy access & knowledge to install (30 seconds).
How do I get chat leads and records?
Leads are sent automatically to a designated email address (or several) or an excel sheet in real time. Chat records that are not leads (just your AI & website visitors general conversations) are sent via your designated frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
Can I edit our chatbot after it's been installed?
Yes of course! Lifetime support is included with purchase. We just ask only one aggregate set of changes per month (unless very urgent).
If I have multiple locations or offerings, do I need separate chatbots?
No. As long as it’s on the same website, the chatbot can be trained across different locations or product/ service offerings. Even if the hours, processes or other metrics are different from one another.
